The feeling of stress increases levels of stress hormones (eg corticosteroids) in the body, the systen our immune system, heart, digestive system, and can affect all other bodily functions. Read books by Robert Sapolsky, including Why Zebras Do not Get Ulcers. He explains everything very well.

There I saw with my own life, flying a struggle for life and his body is not all the time, your body needs time to restore peace and again when you eat your body with time, blood pressure, heart attack, you do not correct and so further. Finally come to you, and you will lose.
